Loughton Direct is essentially an online Operation & Maintenance manual, with a purchasing facility attached, offered as part of our “day 2 service”. Once logged onto the secure site, facilities managers can view the products that have been installed, where, within their building, Loughton Direct is supported by all major manufacturers.

Once online you can:
• View product image, specification sheet and maintenance recommendations
• View lead time and minimum order quantities
• Place orders online for carpet tiles, ancillary items and even trained flooring installers!
